Returns and Exchanges
We provide detailed descriptions and information about our products. Any product ordered will arrive at your door as described.
The customer has 5 days from delivery to notify us if there are any issues with the contents or if a product is defective. Failure or the customer to contact us in this time frame is acceptance of satisfaction.**Please note all products are tested before shipping**
In 95% cases the item is working properly but assistance is needed. The customer is requested to ask for help and assistance.
Defective items may be returned for replacement.
All returned items must be complete and in original packaging.
We do accept exchanges upon approval and refunds upon approval however we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
To return a product to us you must ship to the proper return address for that item (Croatia). This address will be printed on the supplied on the RMA form. Your item must be packaged and boxed according to return instructions and should be shipped with delivery confirmation. We do not cross ship product. Your item must be delivered to return center or an authorized associate before any exchange (or refund) can be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
1. Order Must Placed and Pay in Full must be Cleared.
2. Shipment request is placed.
3. Tracking number is normally provided after items have been shipped and within 2 business days.
Note: Items in large demand or rarely ordered may be in stock at the manufacturer and not shipped directly from a distribution center. It usually takes 2 - 48 business hours for them to reach a shipping distribution facility. Some items usually OEM key transponders often take 2-7 business days to reach the shipping facility.
When purchasing a product in an alternate the price is converted from USD. Our exchange rate is updated at minumum of one time per day from public mean exchange rates plus 1.8% conversion fee. Prices in USD do not fluctuate with exchange rate.
Data Modification or Manipulation
Depending on your vehicle and country modification of data in certain control units, chips, microprocessors including ECU (engine control unit) may void warranty on the item or more items by its manufacturer or third party warranty.
Assumption of Risk
Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality.
All products are designed to minimize any possibility mal results.
Reading, programming, modifying data can result in data corruption or failure.
The customer assumes all responsibility for any such resulting damage. In addition support staff may give instructional or diagnostic direction. The user indemnifies ResetTools and our staff for and damage or financial responsibility and liability as a result of unwanted results.
All products have been tested to confirm compatibility with all models listed.
Due to the variety of components used worldwide it is possible that some variations of models will not be compatible with the devices compatibility list. In such a case we will we strongly urge you to submit to us a report so this can be forwarded to the manufacturer. We can not guarantee the compatibility issue will be resolved in a particular timeframe. We will do our best to remedy the problem on your behalf in the most efficiently. We can not be liable for any promises made to customers or finanical loss due to the unavailability of a feature. It is the customers responsibility to verify vehicle coverage or function coverage before purchase.
Failure of Hardware
Our manufactures have made their best attempt in design to protect the items being worked on similar to a fuse protecting circuitry.
Should a piece of equipment fail due to improper connection or faulty chip or faulty vehicle we can not guarantee the manufacturer will warranty it.
Should a piece of equipment fail to perform as expected we will not be responsible of any resulting damage to the vehicle or chip or any part of the vehicle or chip is being worked on or computer and associated hardware.
Return Verification Process
Upon receipt of a non functioning item we reserve the right to verifiy and test the item. We also reserve the right to have the item repaired by the manufacturer.
Disassembly of Item
Opening or dissassembly of any item voids the warranty. Do not open your item unless specificatlly directed by support staff.
REFUND POLICY for ECU REPAIR
No refunds will be issued unless we have attempted to repair, or replace the ECU first. It is the responsibility of the owner to consult with us about any ECU related warranty issues, before going to a third party for a diagnosis or a resolution.
User must send ECU for repair to given address after payment is made.
ONLY AFTER WE HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL THE POSSIBILITIES TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OR WARRANTY MATTER, we will issue a refund. As far as Exchanged ECU's, a 20% Re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund and Repaired ECU's will be refunded 100%.
If we approve a refund, please allow up to 4 business days for the refund to process.
