Refund Policy (for Goods)
If your ordered part doesnt work correct we will 100% refund you, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another one with same part number. In some cases, parts for cars after 2008 year must be coded and programmed in OEM Licensed workshop and it is your obligation to take car to them to get your part working properly. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 20 days from the purchase date if part is broken. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
In case that you ORDERED part with wrong part number, and it doesnt fit to your car. We dont refund then. Its your job to determine which part number fits to your car and to order correct one.
Refund Policy (for Online Services)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 10 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
