We offer repair of your Smart 451 ED electric vehicle battery system.

Problem can occur if :

• Active Thermal management is defective (AC, Coolant, BMS...)
• If you forgot to charge for longer period on 0% SOC
• On board charger was defective and you couldnt charge (we can repari that too)
• After accident and BMS self discharge protocol
• Overheating
• Bad cells

Price is not FIX, depends on quantity of defective cells customer will be informed during testing how much defective cells are in battery pack. That means we will consult with owner what is his price limit. Price to change defective cell is 100€.
If you got 5 defective cells this is 500€ for cells, BMS programming 500€, and non refundable bench test of existing pack costs 500€ and it can take up to 2 weeks.
In 2 weeks we bench test all 93 cells, calculate internal resistance, Ah and Wh power and bench test 3C if it is overheating.
That means just start of this work costs 500€ and 2 weeks to evaluate state of batter and it is non-refundable.

We are located in Zagreb Croatia and we have EX Rimac Automobili BMS engineers in our lab for this special work.
We can organise to pickup your battery in Germany, Italy, Austrija, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Serbija, North Makedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Croatia.
